ATS Smart Technology provides physical security services, security technology installation, remote monitoring, security training through ATS Academy, and security equipment sales through our marketplace. Services are subject to separate service agreements and may vary based on your subscription plan, location, and specific requirements.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via Paystack. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy detailed in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
ATS Smart Technology will deploy services as agreed in your service contract. Response times are estimates and may vary based on circumstances beyond our control, including traffic conditions, natural events, or force majeure. We maintain professional liability insurance. Our liability is limited as specified in your individual service agreement.
Products sold through our marketplace are subject to manufacturer warranties. ATS Smart Technology provides a 30-day return policy for defective items. Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. We do not accept returns on installed or custom-configured equipment.
ATS Academy certifications are issued upon successful completion of coursework and assessments. Certificates are the intellectual property of ATS Smart Technology but are issued to students for their use. We reserve the right to revoke certifications for misconduct or falsification. Course content is subject to change.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, software, and training materials, is the property of ATS Smart Technology Limited and protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
You agree not to: use our services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use our platform to transmit harmful, threatening, or defamatory content; reverse-engineer any of our software; resell our services without authorization; or interfere with the operation of our website.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, ATS Smart Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATS Smart Technology, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if continued service poses a risk to our staff or other clients. Upon termination, access to member dashboard and stored data will be deactivated after 90 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, before resorting to litigation. The language of proceedings shall be English.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent website notice with 14 days advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.
